Breakfast Bar Review

Do you wake up in the morning starving or not yet hungry? Do you have the time to whip up some pancakes or avo toast? Do you find yourself rushing out of the door without a bite? I'm on a mission to find breakfast bars that are satisfying and tasty, but most importantly a healthy start to the day. Here are some bars that I tried and reviews of what I think!

1 )

Name - Bia Bars

Favorite Flavor - Peanut Butter Fudge

Taste - 10/10

Texture - Like fudge!

Protein - 15 g

Sugar -14 g (95% is from honey)

Calories - 220

Other Benefits - Gluten free, no artificial flavors, all natural, no preservatives

Tips - I usually eat half of one! I do this because of the sugar count, but also because they are rich. They have real ingredients and taste like real fudge. I have never found a bar that had this soft texture!
