Fav Chocolate Chip Cookies

I don't think I've ever gotten as many dm's as I did when I posted these cookies on my Instagram story! Ha!! You guys were raving about how good they look and you all wanted the recipe. Here you go!

My sister and I were craving some warm chocolate chip cookies one weekend (because what's better??) and somehow ended up making these insanely good cookies! When I start the brainstorming process for a new recipe I always look at other recipes that aren't for exactly the same thing, but similar. So, we found these cookies that were super thin and crispy, but looked good. I love cookies made w melted butter.. It makes a difference! Anyways, we didn't have the ingredients and I wanted to try something new, but w the same concept.. We failed! The cookies were not thin and crispy, but they were SO GOOD! The size and texture is comparable to Levain in NYC. They are somewhat thick, but with a soft, gooey center. Let me know what you think!
